The Academy Enrollment

We consider it a privilege that you consider The Academy for your student's early education.

Open House, will be Sunday, February 11, 2024 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. New students can complete paperwork prior to open house.  After current students and their families are given the opportunity to enroll by Thursday, February 8th and are placed in class rosters.  We will begin to reach out to add new students based on the date paperwork and enrollment fees are submitted.  Wait-list will be available when enrollment exceeds established class size for each age level. Every class has two teachers. Class size is as follows:

Ones - 5 students per day  (2 days per week)

2 yrs old classes - 8-12 students per day

3 yrs old classes - 15 students per day

4 yrs and P-K - 16 students per day

Kindergarten Readiness KR - 16 students per class

Kindergarten K5 - 16 students per class
Enrollment includes Cultural Arts events and are due at registration. Book and Technology fees will be due at the end of April or at time of enrollment, whichever is the latter   Enrollment fee is non-refundable.  We have Friends at Play and Enrichment classes from 12:00 p.m. until 1 p.m. that are optional each day for an additional fee to enhance our regular academic programs.

Pre-registration preference will be given to currently enrolled students, their siblings. The Academy does not discriminate based on race, creed or color. Enrollment of students with special needs shall be considered on an individual basis.

Enrolling for the school year

  • Preschool hours are from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. each day. Enrichment classes are from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. each day.
  • Kindergarten Readiness and K5 hours are from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Mon-Thurs. and 9a.m. until 12 p.m. on Fri.
  • Kindergarten Readiness is a unique class that is designed to shadow K5 and allow students to experience some of the activities Kindergarten students will have. Students applying for Kindergarten Readiness are enrolled by teacher recommendation or by scoring on Brigance testing.
  • Tuition is an annual figure that is based on 160 academic days divided into 10 equal payments.
 **The Academy follows the Fayette County school calendar (with a few exceptions) and is closed whenever the Fayette County schools are not in session.  Please email TheAcademy@beONEChurch.com for more information.
